1. The Research Report on Construction of China's Labor Legal System and Codification co-authored with Professor Zheng Gongcheng was written instructions by the leaders of The State Council and the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress;

2. The report Social Insurance System for Flexible Employment Urgently Needs To be Improved co-authored with Professor Zheng Gongcheng and other scholars was written instructions by the leaders of The State Council and the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress;

3. The research report The Internal Structure and Interrelationship of China's Social Law was published in the 109th issue of the Bulletin of the Social Construction Committee of the National People's Congress ([13th]). The briefing was submitted to the chairman, vice chairman, secretary general of the NPC standing Committee, members of the party leading group and deputy secretaries of the organs of the NPC, members of the NPC Social Construction Committee, and other special committees of the NPC, Supreme people's Court, Supreme People's Procuratorate and relevant ministries and commissions of the State Council, as well as the Social Construction Committee of the Provincial people's Congress;

4.
