Basic personal information

Male, born in 1963, professor and doctoral supervisor of Huazhong University of Science and Technology Law School. He is currently the deputy director of science and Engineering Law Education Professional Committee of China Law Society ，the director of the Environmental Resources Law Institute of Huazhong University of Science and Technology Law School and the chairman of the Law School Alumni Association. Concurrently serving as the executive director of the Chinese Society of Science and Technology Law, the executive director of the Environmental Resources Law Research Association of the Chinese Law Society, the environmental resources and public interest litigation trial consultant of the Hubei Higher People's Court (2019-2024), the legal consultant of the Standing Committee of the Wuhan Municipal People's Congress, and the Wuhan Municipal Legal Committee Legal counsel ,member of Academic Committee of Wuhan Law Society and arbitrator of Wuhan and Guangzhou Arbitration Commissions.

In 1985, he received a bachelor of Engineering from the Department of Mechanical Engineering of Huazhong Institute of Technology;

In 1991, he received a master's degree in philosophy from the Department of Social Sciences, Huazhong University of Science and Technology;

In 2007, he received a doctorate degree in management from Huazhong University of Science and Technology;

In 1995, he studied at the Law School of Wuhan University;

In 2001, he visited to the National University of Singapore;

In 2002, he visited to the University of Hong Kong;

In 2003, he visited to the UBC University in Canada.
