Dr. TENG received his B.A. from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law in 1998, his M.A. from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 2006 and his Ph.D. from Wuhan University in 2011. He did his research work at University of California, Berkeley, as the visiting scholar from 2009 to 2010. Dr. TENG has been working on Intellectual Property Law and Jurisprudence since 2006.
