Biography

Dr. Ma works as a lecturer and master supervisor at Law School of HUST. She obtains her Ph.D. degree from Bangor University, UK. She also has LL.M. degrees in Commercial Law (Bangor University, UK) and Constitutional and Administrative Law (Shandong University, China). She got her Bachelor’s degree from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, where she started to develop her interest in Intellectual Property Law.

Her law-teaching career begins at the Center for Studies of IP Rights of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, where she undertook some research projects and worked as editor of Symposia for international IP conference, and part-time interpreter and translator for international conferences held in China and abroad.

She has published papers in US and UK journals. She teaches Intellectual Property Law for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
